Return Policy

For all return products, the cost etc. will be on the customer.  Prior to the return there must be made a email of the reasons.  The return email must be sent after receiving the goods within 2 working days to ikonikapparel@yahoo.com.  If this is not complied with, the items will not be refunded.  If the goods are damaged, the customer will not receive a refund.  The items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, and etiquette must still be present as well as in their original packaging.  We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
